Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can you really help me?
Unequivocally, the answer is YES. And probably far beyond your expectations. Most are able to determine this for themselves by reading the customer testimonials on this website or by seeing all the 4 and 5 star reviews of my books on Amazon. If you are still on the fence, contact me! I will show you that I indeed can assist you.
You do so many things. Doesn't that mean you're just a jack of all trades and an expert in none?
I'm not a jack of all trades. I'm the master of many. It's been proven that humans typically only use 10% of their brains. I'd like to believe I'm simply using 30% of mine. Rest assured, I'm very good at everything I do.
I'm not in New York. Can you help me?
Probably. First, coaching can happen internationally, thanks to technology. Second, much legal work can also be done remotely, i.e. if it's a contract. Third, if I am not in NY for some reason, I have a large network of associates who would be able to step into my shoes in my stead should an in-person engagement be required, i.e. such as a court appearance.
With my coaching services or products, I offer a full 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied after finishing the program and attempting to put what I suggest into action, just let me know. If after speaking with me, you are thereafter 100% dissatisfied, I will give you all money back, without hassle. If there is a particular product or service for which this policy does not apply, it will be noted on this website, or in writing to you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Any forms are accepted: credit cards via PayPal; Check; Cash.
Do you offer any payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are available on ALL services. Please inquire.
Do you do litigation? Can you help me sue someone?
Yes, absolutely. If you have a litigation issue, please let me know. Note, however, that my mission is to avoid trials at all times through successful negotiation. Often the filing of a lawsuit in itself, or even just the writing of a letter, is enough to bring someone to the negotiating table. Should negotiations break down, going to trial is also an option.
What do your coaching programs include? How are they structured?
The standard coaching program is 5 sessions, for $750. The first session is 90 minutes; the remaining four are 60 minutes each. Prior to the first session, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire about your particular situation, and depending on the program you are interested in, the questions focus on your dreams, setbacks, challenges, current situation, finances, marketing, social life, projects, businesses, and more. The first meeting (usually by phone) will go over your questionnaire, and allow you to express yourself. If will conclude (just as each session will conclude) with many homework assignments, the first of which is designed to help you figure out your overall life plan. Subsequent meetings review your homework, revise your strategy, and help you continue to refine your daily, weekly, monthly and yearly steps. ALL while giving you the inspiration, motivation, and information you need to take the world by storm.
